People

Hina Siddiqui (MCIAT) (B.Arch)

Hina is a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Architectural Technologists and has worked in the Architecture and Construction industry for many years. She graduated bachelor of architecture (5 years degree) from Indus Valley School of Arts & Architecture in 1999 and since then she worked with the various well known overseas architects firms for the high end residential & commercial projects.

In the mid 2010’s, Hina has gained a wealth of knowledge through the successful delivery of numerous residential projects in London and across the UK and has a strong sense of creativity and excellent spatial planning skills. She’s also well versed in designing sustainable homes as well as she specialised in designing Mechanical Ventilation with Heat Recovery systems (MVHR) and Central Extract Systems.

Hina has extensive knowledge of Local Authority Planning Policies, the Building Regulations Approved Documents. She worked on a wide variety of projects; from hand-drawing details to the complicated roof structure – to commercial offices, shops as well as new built, extensions, loft conversion & interior design for the dwelling houses.

This is where Hina’s career began to focus on the residential market, culminating in starting her own company in 2017. Producing primarily working drawings for various house dwellings, this move has paved the way for Hina to specialise in the Luxury House Market. All-the-while keeping an array of small residential extension project running smoothly, to the benefit of the Re-Draw and its Clients.

Mansoor Siddiqui (MBA)

A highly qualified marketing & business professional with over 20 years experience across the whole ‘marketing mix’ with a history of driving high revenue gains through digital and traditional marketing.

Mansoor helped launching the Re-Draw brand and business both online and offline. Being involved not only in the Marketing & business strategies but also worked last 10 years in the Architecture Industry, he brings the extra value that Re-Draw prides offering to their clients.

Re-Draw has a proven track record of successfully delivering planning permission for complex projects and designing bespoke residential spaces for home owners and property developers. Our designs are aesthetically appealing, technically sophisticated and conceptually satisfying.

The practice has since undertaken architectural work across a variety of sectors – with particular expertise on high quality residential new houses, residential buildings developments, refurbishments, offices, and retail.
